Content. Texts, photographs and design on this site belong to YOUNG or their credited authors and are protected by copyright. You may quote short excerpts with a link to the source; any other reuse needs written permission from desk@amuse.nl. Feeds (RSS) are for personal reading, not for republication.
Accuracy. We work hard to be accurate and correct errors openly (see Corrections), but information is provided as is and does not constitute professional advice. Prices, opening hours, menus and availability mentioned in stories change.
Recipes. Recipes are tested in logic, not always in our own kitchen; cooking temperatures and food-safety rules are your responsibility.
External links. We link to sources and other sites; we are not responsible for their content.
