Disney Believe restaurants: one new dinner show, two repeats
The ship due out of Port Everglades in December 2027 gets a Frozen dinner show, two dining rooms copied from three sister ships and two adults-only rooms. No seat counts or prices are given.

Disney Cruise Line set out the Disney Believe restaurants on 7 October: three family dining rooms, one of them new, and two adults-only rooms carried over from the ship's sisters. The Disney Believe leaves Port Everglades, in Fort Lauderdale, on its maiden voyage on 18 December 2027.
The new room is Oaken's Table: A Frozen Family Feast. The release, issued from the company's base in Celebration, Florida, describes a dinner in a Scandinavian courtyard hosted by the shopkeeper from the film Frozen, where his cousins play reworked versions of its songs and the characters Anna and Kristoff appear. The other two, 1923 and Worlds of Marvel, already run on the Disney Wish, Disney Treasure and Disney Destiny, so the new ship gets the fourth copy of each.
There is no Encanto restaurant in the release, although some listings published before the reveal expected one. Encanto arrives as a stage musical in the ship's theatre. The Little Mermaid venue is a bar: Sea Notes, a piano lounge modelled on Ariel's grotto.
Two of the three dining rooms are copies. The new one is where the money and the risk go.
How the Disney Believe restaurants are split
On the sister ships the three family rooms form what Disney calls rotational dining: passengers eat in a different restaurant each evening and their waiters move with them, at no extra charge. For the Disney Believe restaurants the company gives no seat counts, decks, menus or prices.
Adults get a separate suite of rooms. Palo Steakhouse combines steak with modern Italian cooking. Enchanté has a French menu by Arnaud Lallement, a chef with three Michelin stars. A lounge, The Rose, sits beside them. On the other ships of the class both restaurants carry a supplement.
Casual food is on the upper decks at Mickey and Friends Festival of Foods, an open-air food court with barbecue, bowls, salads, pizza and burgers. It gains a Mediterranean stall, Pluto's Pita Platters, that exists only on this ship.
One new concept per ship
The pattern is the point for anyone who runs restaurants. Of three large dining rooms, two are now the same on four ships and one is written new each time. On the Disney Wish that third room is also a Frozen dinner show, under another name and with another script. On the Disney Destiny it is built on The Lion King. Another way of putting a name on a ship's restaurant is the one Hapag-Lloyd uses with Kevin Fehling on MS Europa.
The ship is under construction at Meyer Werft in Papenburg, Germany. Disney has not published its tonnage or capacity. Its fact sheet for the Disney Destiny, of the same class, lists about 144,000 gross tons, 1,246 staterooms and 4,000 passengers. General booking opens on 19 October 2026, more than a year before anyone can test the Disney Believe restaurants.
