Roma Bar Show opens its sixth edition at La Nuvola
More than 200 exhibitors and a new zone dedicated to low- and no-alcohol drinks mark the trade show's move to Rome's EUR convention centre for two days.

Roma Bar Show opens its sixth edition on September 14 at a new venue, La Nuvola in Rome's EUR district, with more than 200 exhibitors expected over two days.
The event leaves its previous home this year for the Rome Convention Center, a move organisers describe as a new era for the show. Attendance is expected to match 2025's edition, which drew 17,000 visitors.
Exhibitors on the floor include Gruppo Montenegro, Pernod Ricard, Coca-Cola and Luxardo, among more than 200 domestic and international drinks brands presenting to bar owners, distributors and bartenders.
Two hundred exhibitors and one new zone dedicated to drinking less, better.
Future Drinking makes its debut
New for 2026 is Future Drinking, a dedicated zone for low- and no-alcohol products, reflecting a category that bar operators across Europe have been building out for several years. The returning Mexican Village showcases the agave spirits market, from mezcal to tequila.
The show's Educational Programme runs masterclasses and seminars throughout the two days, with sessions led by Faye Chen of Double Chicken Please, Jonathan Gabbay of Argo, Marco Corallo of Saikindō and cocktail historian David Wondrich.
The show spills into the city
Beyond La Nuvola, a "Sideshow" series extends the event into venues across Rome, a format the show has used in previous years to link the trade floor with the city's working bars.
The move to a bigger venue comes as Italy's bar and cocktail scene draws more international attention: a Roman kitchen opening this month is part of the same wave of investment in the capital's hospitality trade.
Roma Bar Show runs through September 15, with the World Truffle Market and Alba's autumn calendar among the other Italian trade events competing for the same audience of buyers and operators this season.
Organisers have not yet confirmed dates for the seventh edition, though the show has run annually since its debut, growing from a niche trade gathering into one of southern Europe's largest platforms for the bar industry, with buyers travelling in from across the Mediterranean and beyond.
