Best restaurants in Singapore 2026: 16 tables from S$6 to S$620
From Odette's three-star tasting menus to a Michelin-starred hawker bowl under S$10: 16 Singapore addresses checked against the Michelin Guide Singapore 2026 and Asia's 50 Best, with prices.

The best restaurants in Singapore in 2026 come down to 16 addresses, from three three-star dining rooms to hawker stalls where lunch costs S$6, checked against the Michelin Guide Singapore 2026 and Asia's 50 Best Restaurants 2026. If you book only one, make it Odette: three Michelin stars and the title of Best Restaurant in Singapore at Asia's 50 Best this year.
Best restaurants in Singapore: how this list works
The tenth Michelin Guide Singapore, presented on 4 August 2026, gives stars to 45 restaurants: three with three stars, nine with two and 33 with one. It also keeps a star on one hawker stall and lists 97 Bib Gourmand addresses. In March, Asia's 50 Best Restaurants put six Singapore restaurants in its top 50. This list takes the strongest of both and adds the stalls and family kitchens where the city eats every day.
In Singapore, a S$6 bowl of laksa and a S$620 tasting menu belong on the same list.
Prices are per person in Singapore dollars (S$) and, in restaurants, before the usual 10% service charge and 9% GST, taken from menus and recent reporting. For the dishes behind these kitchens, from chicken rice to chilli crab, start with our guide to what to eat in Singapore. Michelin keeps widening its map of the region: the Michelin Guide Philippines 2027 reveals its picks on 29 October.
Odette, Civic District

How we chose
To pick the best restaurants in Singapore, we started from the Michelin Guide Singapore 2026 and Asia's 50 Best Restaurants 2026, then checked menus, prices and recent reporting, keeping room for the hawker stalls and zi char kitchens locals queue for. International arrivals such as Chi Spacca at Hilton Orchard are too new to judge. Every address was checked as open, with its prices, on 28 September 2026.
